$300,000.00 – Plaintiff, a Delaware County, PA resident, suddenly lost hearing in her left ear on the weekend. She called her family doctor’s service and was told to come in on Monday. When she did, the doctor told her she had “water on the ear” and prescribed and antibiotic for her. She called and returned after 2 week with no improvement and the doctor insisted on his original diagnosis. Plaintiff called again and demanded to see a specialist who eventually told her she had sudden hearing loss (SHL), not “water on the ear,” and that because the 3 week window for steroid therapy had expired, her one-sided hearing loss was permanent and untreatable.

TestimonialsIt’s been more than 20 years since I first called Mr. Silverman’s office for my injury case. Since then, he has helped me, my family members and many of my friends with various cases and legal issues over the years. We have all been more than satisfied with the time and attention the firm put into the handling of our cases, as well as with the results. Making that phone call to Mr. Silverman was one of the best decisions I ever made, and I am very happy that my family and friends have shared in the benefits.
